Other than sore throat, corneal abrasion is the most common complaint post-anesthesia. The med-eye pillow is designed to use gentle forces to keep the eyes closed during a surgical procedure. An alternative to the traditional use of sticky tape to keep the eyes closed during anesthesia. The med-eye pillow avoids the potential of corneal abrasions, skin irritation, and unavoidable torn skin / missing eye lashes when tape is removed post-surgery.
